Data Protection

As the owner of these pages, I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the statutory data protection rules and this data privacy policy.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing activities are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. All you need to do is send me an informal notification by e-mail. The legal basis for the processing of data carried out until your withdrawal remains unaffected by your withdrawal.

Right to object to the processing of data on grounds relating to a particular situation and for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data processing is based on lit. (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, you have the right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling based on those provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this data privacy policy. If you object, I will no longer process your personal data, unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR).

Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such purposes, which includes profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes (objection pursuant to Art. 21(2) GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of an infringement of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to any administrative and judicial redress.

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data that was processed by me on the basis of your consent or for the performance of a contract by automated means, in a commonly used and machine-readable format. Any direct transmission of your data from one controller to another that is required by you can only be made if technically feasible.

Information, blocking, deletion and correction

You have the right to be provided with information free of charge relating to your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time within the scope of the applicable legal provisions. Should you have any further questions on the subject of personal data, you may contact me at any time at the address given in the legal notice section on my website.

Right to limitation of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data. For this purpose, you may contact me at any time at the address given in the legal notice section on my website. The right to the limitation of processing exists in the following cases:

If you contest the accuracy of your personal data stored by me, I usually need time to verify this. You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data for the period of verification.
If the processing of your personal data was or is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

If I no longer need your personal data but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data instead of deletion.

If you have filed an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, your interests and mine must be balanced. As long as it is not clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may - apart from its storage - only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or on the grounds of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

I hereby object to the use of my contact data, published as part of my obligation to provide a legal notice for the purpose of sending me any advertising or informational material I have not expressly requested. The operator of this website expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event that any unsolicited advertising material, e.g. in the form of spam, is sent.

A merging of this data with other data sources will not be made.

The collection of this data is made in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free display and optimisation of her website; for this purpose the server log files must be recorded.

Personal data is collected processed and used only to the extent it is necessary for the establishment, formulation and content or change of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Personal data is collected processed and used in relation to the use of my website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or invoice the user for the use of the service.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

I always use your personal data within my company only.

If I engage third parties within the scope of the performance of contracts, they will receive personal data only to the extent to which the transfer is necessary to perform the corresponding service.

If I outsource certain parts of data processing (“order processing”), I will bind processors by contract to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject.

Any data transmission to places or persons outside the EU in cases other than those mentioned in this declaration does not take place and is not envisaged.

6. This data privacy policy and revisions

I reserve the right to update and change this data privacy policy from time to time, to reflect changing legal requirements or changes to the service or data processing. However, this applies only with regard to declarations on data processing. If the user’s consent is required or parts of the data privacy policy contain provisions of the contractual relationship with the user, changes will only be made with the user’s consent.

I ask you to inform yourself at regular intervals about any updates or changes to this data privacy policy.
